The School of Music-Conservatorium is pleased to introduce the Kartomi PhD in Music Scholarship (KPMS). The inaugural scholarship will initially be offered for commencement in first semester 2009.

Eligibility |
The scholarship is available to Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents and international applicants. Only H1 or H1E equivalent applicants will be considered for this scholarship. Applicants holding the following qualifications are automatically classed as H1: Australian/New Zealand bachelors degree with first class honours Australian/New Zealand research masters preliminary degree formally graded at H1 level Australian/New Zealand research masters degree formally graded at H1 level Applicants who do not hold one of these qualifications may be eligible if their qualifications and/or research experience are deemed H1 equivalent. How to Apply |
The online scholarship application form will be available from 1 August 2008 and close at midnight (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on 31 October 2008. Applicants who complete the online scholarship application form will be automatically considered for all postgraduate research scholarships for which they are eligible in the Faculty of Arts at Monash University.
