2009 Re-enrolment
HDR candidates will need to re-enrol for 2009 via Web Enrolment System (WES) at my.monash.edu.au/wes/ by using their Monash email login and password.
The re-enrolment period for 2009 is from Monday 13 October 2008 until Friday 24 November 2008.
All Master students in the Arts faculty need to re-enrol for 2009 if you:
- will be continuing your research program in 2009,
- are currently on intermission but will return to study in 2009, or
- will not be submitting your thesis before 19 December 2008.
If you have submitted your thesis for examination, or intend to submit your thesis for examination before 19 December 2008, you are not required to re-enrol. You must, however, inform the Arts Research Graduate School by 24 November 2008 of your intention to submit your thesis before this time. Please email args@arts.monash.edu.au indicating your expected date of thesis submission.
If you do not re-enrol during November you may still do so from 25 November until 22 December 2008 but you will incur the $110 late re-enrolment fee.

MA by coursework and research students may re-enrol their research units through WES. However, the coursework units will be manually re-enrolled by the Arts Research Graduate School. Students who need to be re-enrolled for a coursework unit in Semester 1 2009, will have to contact the relevant school to obtain an approval of the coursework unit before coming to ARGS.
Do not leave your re-enrolment to the last day. You may encounter problems and be unable to access assistance in time to avoid incurring a late enrolment fee.
