Congratulations to our prizewinners .... and Honours Intro. Session
2007 Faculty of Arts Postgraduate Publication Prize
We're delighted that Russell Blackford has been awarded the 2007 Faculty of Arts Postgraduate Publication Prize for his journal article 'Dr Frankenstein meet Lord Devlin: Genetic Engineering and the Principle of Intangible Harm' which was published in The Monist, (2006). Congratulations Russell!
Congratulations too to Andrew Shortridge who received a commendation from the selection panel for his article 'Law and Nature in Protaogoras' Great Speech' published in Polis.
Honours Information Session
If you're at all interested or curious about Honours in Philosophy, there will be an information session for prospective students on 12 September at 12.15-1.00 pm in H8, Menzies Building. Come along and have your questions answered. On this day, the Research Day for current Honours students also takes place and prospective Honours students are most welcome to attend.
