Maps
Here you can look at uptodate maps of Arts areas to check on the status of network outlets. The maps show all network outlets and give information as to which subnet they are on. They show who owns which rooms, room occupants and information about printers (type and queuenames) and the date the map was last updated.
The maps are used as the standard record of the current situation. So, for example, when a new outlet is ordered, the appropriate map is updated to reflect that an outlet has been ordered. Later, once the outlet has been installed, the map is again updated to record that the outlet now exists and show it's label and location.

Outlet requests
To order a new network outlet please contact the Network Administrator in ArtsIT - Ian Coulter (there may be a link to a page for this later but for now just send a request via email). Please remember to include the SAP codes that ITS should charge this job to.
