Introduction from the Manager
ArtsIT? Oh, you mean the Help Desk!
There's a lot more to ArtsIT than just the client support function. We are made up of multiple business units that operate and co-operate cohesively as a team to deliver all of your IT solutions. We report directly to the Dean's Office and are responsible for all aspects of technology on all campuses that the Faculty has a presence, whether permanent or temporary.

If you wish to avail yourself of any of these services, ArtsIT has a one-stop-shop in the personage of our Help Desk. All queries should be sent to the Help Desk initially and they will then forward them to the relevant section in ArtsIT . Help Desk will continuously monitor all submitted requests and ensure that you are kept informed of the status of your request.
The Help Desk is open during University working days from 8:30am through 5:30pm , and is located on the Clayton Campus, Building 11 (Menzies), South Wing, Level 4, Room S410.
